“Racing is not a matter of life or death; it’s more important than that” – Ed Jensen

Team Traqmate is greatly saddened to report that we lost a friend and coworker this week. Edward Jensen passed away while at a race weekend at Road America. Our condolences and prayers go out to his other friends and family.

Ed had been a Traqmate user for some time and when he sold his company in 2009 we asked him to join us. He quickly became a valued member of the management team. His energy, enthusiasm, and intelligence will be sorely missed.

Ed started racing his 1967 Camaro in 1990 and competed on famous race tracks throughout the country. He was an accomplished driver and was awarded the 2009 SVRA Driver of the Year Award.
