You can do a factory reset to defaults with both units plugged in using the Display Unit. Sorry for the holiday delay.
Thanks

Andre,
When the Display Unit and Sensor Unit are connected to my computer via the usb cord the screen of the display unit reads "power lost" - what steps will allow me to get to the factory default option?

Make sure you are using the USB cable that came with the Traqmate. Some cables from digital cameras do not fit all the way into the Display Unit.

Does the unit work if you are plugged into SU power?

If you are using the right cable, it is possible that your DU has a bad USB connector. If that is the case, it will need to be sent back for repair. Instructions are on the website under Service.
